The work What you would own.

- Run the accounts: own what goes out on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, and how each account performs.
- Create static content: build carousels, graphics and posts in Canva or a similar tool.
- Shoot video: film the founders, the team, the office and client work on-site.
- Edit video: cut reels, shorts and longer videos yourself in CapCut, Premiere or a similar tool.
- Post consistently: plan the content calendar and hold the schedule so the accounts never go quiet.
- Show that we are a real company: move past founder-only videos to content that shows the team, the work and the results.
- Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs, and engage with the accounts that matter to us.
- Pull content out of the team: collect stories, wins and updates from the founders and the team and turn them into posts.
- Own your numbers: grow followers, saves, shares, watch-time and reach, track them and report them.

Fit

What we are looking for.

- 0 to 2 years of making social media content,



with a portfolio, a page or an account you can show us.
- Shooting and editing you do yourself, this is the core of the role, not something we hand off.
- Design sense, you can build clean static posts in Canva or a similar tool.
- A real feel for Instagram and what performs on it, and the judgement to adapt the same idea for LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Consistency without being chased, you set the posting schedule and you hold it.
- Comfort directing people on camera, including the founders and the team.
- Willingness to take feedback and improve fast.
- Full-time and on-site in Bengaluru.

Nice to have, not required

- Some understanding of growth, marketing or B2B.
- Experience growing a page or an account before, with the numbers to show for it.
