We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in EPC, Heavy Engineering, Capital Equipment, Industrial Machinery or Project Manufacturing.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, with strong ownership of Inbound supply chain of raw materials and engineering components Supplier coordination and material availability International outbound logistics of heavy industrial machinery
Export documentation and shipment coordination Project/capital equipment logistics Supply chain planning, inventory and delivery performance
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in handling large, high-value, engineered-to-order machinery/equipment, where material planning, manufacturing schedules, packing, transportation, customs and international delivery need to be closely coordinated
Preferred candidate profile
Strong preference: Candidates who have managed both inbound material supply and international outbound logistics of large industrial equipment
On-time availability of critical raw materials and components
Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) Material shortage / line stoppage incidents
International shipment On-Time Delivery Export shipment cycle time Logistics cost per shipment / project Inventory turns and inventory optimisation
Freight cost reduction Supplier and logistics partner performance Project delivery adherence Reduction in supply chain delays and exception
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / related discipline. MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations or Logistics will be an advantage
