3D Visualizer:

- Produce high-end photorealistic renders for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Create detailed exterior visualizations for contemporary buildings, facades, and high-rise developments.
- Produce high-resolution, photorealistic interior/exterior renders, lighting setups, and material textures.
- Manage 3D modeling, material creation, UV mapping, lighting, shaders, and rendering.
- Use 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render to achieve realistic visual results.
- Integrate AI-based tools into visualization workflows for texture generation, concept development, and image enhancement.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, design intent, and project presentation.
- Coordinate with the architecture and interior design teams to implement feedback and meet deadlines.

Requirement:





- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of interior modeling, materials, textures, lighting, and rendering.
- Good understanding of interior design concepts and spatial planning.
- Ability to create photorealistic interior renders.
- Robust attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to understand drawings and convert design concepts into 3D visualizations.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in related field
- Handling social media profile is key
