What You Will Do

- Validate purpose, audience, location, people/products, output count, formats, equipment and exclusions
- Prepare production approach, shot list, call sheet, crew/equipment and backup plan
- Confirm permissions for people, locations, music and third-party assets
- Allocate media resources by verified skill, equipment, availability and deadline acceptance
- Review framing, focus, audio, lighting, continuity, pacing, text and export quality
- Control raw-file naming, backup, transfer, sources and consent/licence evidence
- Provide PM-ready status, risks and closure evidence
