Key Responsibilities
Define and refine business strategy across Clinical
Data Management and Clinical Operations
Act as liaison between Business/System Owners and
the Agile delivery pod
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
across the Medidata platform
Partner with IS Compliance/QEA to keep process
changes audit- and GxP-ready
Drive innovation and automation opportunities with the
Medidata CoE
Required Skills & Experience
Deep functional knowledge of the Medidata Rave
EDC/CTMS/eTMF suite
Proven business consulting experience in a regulated
(GxP) life sciences workplace
Strong stakeholder facilitation skills; able to translate
strategy into actionable roadmaps
Engagement: Partial allocation, potentially on-/nearshore, functioning as ongoing strategic advisor
