Responsibilities

- Conduct daily school visits to implement and monitor the learning programs being implemented in the intervention schools.
- Observe classroom interactions closely to identify student learning levels, engagement patterns, and grouping needs.
- Provide technical support to the schools in managing student profiles, conducting assessments, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support students in using the AI-powered PAL software, ensuring regular and optimal utilisation of the PAL Lab during school hours.
- Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
- Regularly collect, analyze, and report data to ensure evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
- Documentation of ground stories in the form of Case studies and Success stories.

Qualifications

- A Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in education, teaching, or field program implementation preferred.
- Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC or laptop.




- Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

- Technology Orientation - Comfort with using learning platforms, conducting basic data analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and facilitating tech-driven interventions.
- Interest in Learning Pedagogy - Genuine curiosity about how students learn and how technology can enhance those outcomes.
- Strong Observation Skills - Ability to keenly watch classroom dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Mentoring Mindset - Readiness to coach students and teachers, and openness to receiving feedback for self-improvement.
- Negotiation and Relationship-Building - Comfort in engaging with multiple stakeholders at the school level.
- Self-Discipline and Planning - Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet weekly and monthly goals.
