Strong experience in handling API manufacturing plants, preferably non-sterile API operations.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, engineering, safety and operational excellence.
Handle end-to-end plant operations in a semi-automated manufacturing setup.
Ensure production planning, process efficiency, capacity utilization and timely execution of manufacturing targets.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, EHS and plant safety standards.
Drive cost optimization, yield improvement, process improvement and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Preferred Industry & Technical Exposure
API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
Non-Sterile API manufacturing.
Intermediate manufacturing and recovery operations.
Experience in handling large teams.
Key Requirement: Candidates must have solid leadership experience in API manufacturing and the ability to independently manage large-scale plant operations.
