Hiring: HR Recruiter | 23 Years Experience

Location: Bannerghatta, Bangalore
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry Expertise: Manufacturing / Automotive / Automobile / Aerospace

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to hiring within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Automobile, or Aerospace industries.

Key Requirements:
2–3 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing & screening skills
Experience hiring for technical / engineering roles
Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn
Valuable understanding of Manufacturing / Automotive / Aerospace talent markets
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment
