Role & responsibilities :

- Drive seamless and effective store operations every day
- Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence
- Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery
- Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store supervision, including training and development of team members to achieve sales targets.
- Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification




- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty & health industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership and a bias for action, with the ability to identify problems and solve them proactively
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for operational excellence
- Customer obsession thats reflected in every action and decision
- The ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and bring the best out of teams
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
