- Marketing the resume of bench CPT, OPT, H1, GC Consultants for various positions
available in the market
- Responsibilities include calling the candidates and prime vendors, presenting consultant,
negotiating & finalizing contracts.
- Keep track of candidate arrival to bench and getting their updated resume ready to
market.
- Posting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.
- Searching on Job sites like dice, monster, career builder, techfetch etc. to find suitable
positions for exiting consultants and communicate existing contact.
- Calling clients/vendors on regular basis for requirements and submitting their profile to
the clients
- Negotiating the rates while submitting resumes to vendors and giving feedbacks to the
vendors about the interviews on regular basis.
- Scheduling the interviews and follow up with them and maintaining a pipeline of
candidate interviews.
- Participating in weekly Meetings with superiors to monitor progress, updates, and status
of Requirements and candidates submitted.
