Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, international sales, or voice-based sales will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- Sales Skills: Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer Orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off.
