- Manage debt financing for power projects, including term loan negotiations and due diligence.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess project viability and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with commercial teams to secure funding from various sources, including debt syndication and equity investors.
- Oversee working capital management and cash flow forecasting to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Project Finance or related field (Power industry preferred).
- Robust understanding of debt fund raising, debt syndication, and financial modelling techniques.
- Excellent commercial negotiating skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Cash Flow Forecasting, Risk Assessment, Due Diligence processes.
