Your Role

- Support strategic pursuits, proposals, client workshops, and solutioning activities for Energy Utilities opportunities.
- Develop reusable industry assets, solution blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators.
- Contribute to the development of industry offerings in areas such as Production optimization, intelligent operations, asset management, digital and AI-enabled transformation.
- Collaborate with technology partners including Microsoft, AWS, AVEVA and other ecosystem partners to build joint solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and translate emerging client challenges into market-relevant solutions.
- Create thought leadership content, client presentations, case studies, and market-facing collateral.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Energy Utilities industry discussions with account teams and clients.
- Support the industrialization of successful client solutions into repeatable offerings that can be scaled globally.

Your Profile





- 12-16 years of experience within Energy Utilities, consulting, engineering, digital transformation, or technology services.
- Good understanding of Oil and Gas business domain including Upstream EP, Mid-Stream, Downstream Refining, Distribution, asset management, operations, or Oil Field services.
- Experience participating in large transformation programs, solution architecture, consulting engagements, or strategic pursuits.
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas technologies such as Aveva, OSIsoft PI, Honeywell, Aspen Tech, SLB products, Halliburton Landmark products and AI are desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across global teams and collaborate with account, sales, industry, and partner organizations.
