Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM Financials.
- Experience in an AMS, managed-services, or production-support workplace.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, journal-to-ledger, and financial close.
- Experience with incident management, SLA tracking, root-cause analysis, and change management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance users, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Billing, and Cash Management
