Key Skills

- Analog Circuit Design: Proficiency in op-amps, ADC/DAC, filters, and signal conditioning.
- Digital Circuit Design: Expertise in microcontrollers, FPGAs, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).
- Power Electronics: Robust knowledge of MOSFETs, gate drivers, and protection circuits for HV systems.
- Isolation Techniques: Hands-on experience with galvanic isolation, opto-isolators, magnetic isolation, and isolation amplifiers.
- Interfaces: Experience with Ethernet, Bluetooth, PT100 sensor integration, and isoSPI communication.
- Altium Tool Expertise: Skilled in schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews using Altium Designer.
- Reliability Engineering: Knowledge of reliability analysis, accelerated life testing,



and design-for-reliability practices.
- Functional Safety Concepts: Familiarity with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 standards, implementing safety mechanisms in circuit design.
- Isolated GPI/GPO Designs: Experience in designing isolated general-purpose input/output interfaces for robust system communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in BMS hardware design or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready hardware for energy storage, automotive, or railway applications.
