EnveeTech is seeking a qualified and motivated Fa ade Designer - Inventor Modeler to join our team at Infopark, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D fa ade models using Inventor AutoCAD
- Prepare shop, GA, fabrication, and installation drawings
- Model curtain walls (unitized stick), cladding, glazing, and louvers
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams
- Extract BOQs, schedules, and material take-offs
- Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor s in Engineering or related field
- Experience as an Inventor Modeler - Fa ade
- Solid knowledge of fa ade systems, materials, and fixing methods
- Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows
- Good communication and attention to detail
