Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused Executive - Sales Business Development to support business growth in the Indian domestic market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective clients, developing business relationships, and creating new sales opportunities across Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Government, and other relevant industries.

The role offers an opportunity to work with innovative technology solutions in digital identity, biometric authentication, eKYC, POS terminals, and API integrations. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales, presales, product, and technical teams to understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, develop the sales pipeline, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Responsibilities: Support the company s domestic sales and business development strategy by identifying new business opportunities and potential customer segments. Research target industries, market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion. Build and develop a pipeline of prospective customers across Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Government, Financial Services, and other relevant sectors. Contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new accounts and supporting the conversion of business opportunities. Align lead generation and prospecting activities with organizational sales objectives and assigned business targets.
- Functional Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, online research, referrals, and networking. Client Acquisition: Connect with prospective customers and decision-makers, understand their business needs,



schedule meetings, and develop new sales opportunities. Product Presentation: Present company products and solutions, coordinate product demonstrations, and assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Business Development: Identify potential markets, industries, customer accounts, and new business opportunities across India. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospects, nurture leads, and build long-term skilled relationships. Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle and support timely progression toward deal closure. CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate customer databases, update CRM records, monitor sales activities, and prepare periodic reports on leads, meetings, and pipeline status. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, presales, product, and technical teams to understand customer requirements, arrange demonstrations, and support solution presentations and deal closure. Target Achievement: Work toward assigned targets for qualified lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, pipeline development, and revenue contribution. Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback, identify emerging business needs, and share relevant market insights with the sales and management teams.

Qualifications

- A bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
