Profile : Sales Team Lead
Roles & Responsibilties :
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and sales productivity.
- Generate recent leads and drive business development.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance.
Please Note: Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of 3 years of overall BPO experience, including at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in any sales process, to be eligible to apply.
