Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Banca Relationship Manager to manage relationships with bank partners and drive insurance/financial product sales through the bancassurance channel. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through bank branches, building solid relationships with bank employees, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management.
- Drive sales of insurance and other financial products through the banca channel.
- Generate business opportunities through existing bank customers and branch referrals.
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and training to bank staff.
- Ensure proper customer profiling and recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure business conversion.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality business generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in bancassurance, banking sales, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on business development.
- Ability to coordinate with bank branches and internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Bancassurance.
- Experience handling bank branches and generating business through bank referrals.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and customer-handling skills.
