Job Profile

National Paints is looking for an experienced *Senior Regional Sales Manager (RSM)* based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to lead regional sales operations, expand market presence, and develop a strong dealer and distributor network across Bhopal, Indore, and surrounding upcountry markets.

## Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *15+ years of relevant sales experience* in the Paints, Chemicals, Solvents, Turpentine, or a related industry.

* Solid knowledge of Bhopal, Indore, and Madhya Pradesh upcountry markets.

* Established relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key market players.

* Hands-on experience in dealer and distributor network development.

* Proven ability to appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.

* Track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

* Good understanding of pricing, market competition, product positioning, and sales strategy.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.

* Ability to independently manage the assigned region and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities





* Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network across Bhopal and surrounding markets.

* Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors.

* Expand market reach and increase sales volumes.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

* Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market opportunities.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.

* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
