Hiring: Charge Entry Associate / Charge Entry QA

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Charge Entry and QA professional with experience in US Healthcare RCM to review and audit charge entry transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medical billing workflows, CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, and charge entry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality audits of charge entry transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Validate patient demographics, insurance details, provider information, dates of service, and procedure codes.
- Review CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, modifiers, units, and charges for accuracy.
- Identify charge entry errors, coding discrepancies, and missing information.
- Provide timely feedback to charge entry associates and support error correction.
- Track quality scores,



audit findings, error trends, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve recurring errors and improve process quality.
- Support calibration sessions, refresher training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically charge entry and quality auditing.
- Good understanding of medical billing processes and charge entry workflows.
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and units of service.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify errors and provide constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with quality metrics, audit reports, and process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Prior experience in Charge Entry QA or charge entry auditing is preferred.
