Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in travel management to join our energetic team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional travel solutions and services to our clients, ensuring their journey is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of client travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
• Maintain and manage relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and car rental services.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide informed recommendations.




• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients. Requirements
• Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Nice to have
• Experience in corporate travel management.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Certification in travel and tourism management.
