In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations, service delivery, and technical quality. You will collaborate directly with business users across billing, payments, and trading workflows while driving QA best practices, optimizing test frameworks, and delivering targeted advisory briefings to elevate service quality across the platform. Key Responsibilities
• Business & QA Alignment: Collaborate with business users on billing, payment workflows, and overall quality assurance across capital markets and asset management functions.
• QA Leadership & Framework Strategy: Lead calibration sessions in sync with Delivery and QA teams. Build, refine, and champion robust test processes, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Functional Governance: Perform functional testing, maintain detailed quality reporting, and embed software engineering best practices within Agile delivery setups.
• Advisor Briefings & Quality Improvement:
Develop and conduct briefings for target groups of advisors to address service quality deficiencies and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Domain Integration: Leverage deep knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives trading, issuer communication, and market data providers to ensure end-to-end operational accuracy. What We're Looking For

Experience:
6+ years in digital transformation, quality assurance, or business consulting within Capital Markets, Fintech, or Asset Management.
• Domain Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Asset Management, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Issuer Communication, and Market Data providers/significance.
• Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience with functional testing, building or improving test frameworks, QA methodologies, and Agile execution.
• Technical Environment Familiarity: Comfortable working alongside up-to-date tech stacks involving Java, JavaScript, Angular, Kafka, AWS, and APIs, along with databases and MS Office tools.
• Communication
Skills:
Strong advisory and presentation skills to conduct calibration sessions and present quality actionable insights to stakeholders.
