We’re hiring: Cold Calling Interns (Remote, Pan India) Brandaura Marketing is a content-first digital marketing agency. We do video editing, social media management and influencer marketing for creators, coaches and brands across India. We’re looking for confident communicators from anywhere in India who want real sales experience and pay that grows with their results. What you’ll do
• Make cold calls to creators, coaches and business owners
• Pitch our video editing and social media services
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls
• Keep your call activity and lead status updated every day What you get
• 20% commission on every deal you close (on the client’s first invoice, paid once the client pays)
• A weekly bonus if your total call time goes over 20 hours that week
• Fully remote, work from anywhere in India
• Hands-on training in sales pitching and objection handling




• A certificate and a letter of recommendation when you finish the internship Internship terms
• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: Commission-based only
• Minimum call time: 1.5 hours a day (mandatory)
• Missing the daily minimum: a warning first, then the internship ends if it happens again
• Lock-in period: 1 month. Approved leave adds the same number of days to the lock-in.
• Leaving before the lock-in ends carries a fine, as set out in the internship agreement Who should apply
• Students or freshers who are comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone
• Good spoken English and Hindi (any other regional language is a plus)
• Self-driven and fine with performance-based pay
• Has a phone, a laptop and a reliable internet connection, plus a quiet place to make calls
