As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, along with the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the financial efficiency and overall growth of our organization. Role Description The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting activities, including ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role includes monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Senior Accountant will analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to management for decision-making. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with auditors, improving internal controls, and mentoring junior accounting staff. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Ahmeda bad Area.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, with experience preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing general ledger activities, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ability to review financial data for accuracy, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance and controls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and auditors.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or supervising junior team members and promoting best practices in accounting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, preferably within qualified services or a similar business environment.
