Working Hours
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Supporting EST Business Hours) Project Overview: The resource will support a project focused on establishing a Microsoft Fabric layer within the existing data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria for business and technical requirements.
• Create detailed test cases to validate requirements and solution quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members.




• Support the implementation of Microsoft Fabric within the data warehouse.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and testing.
• Support testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle. Required

Skills:
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Hands-on experience developing acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating test cases and supporting validation activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in offshore hours aligned with EST business requirements. Preferred

Skills:
• Experience in clinical studies or clinical operations.
• Experience working on data warehouse projects.
