Role Description The Video Editor role at Purnam Talent Management is an in office position based in Mumbai. The person will assist in editing video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication, ensuring alignment with Purnam’s visual and storytelling standards. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, applying basic color grading, refining audio, and integrating motion graphics or overlays where needed.



The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and talent management teams to understand campaign objectives, adapting edits based on feedback, and maintaining organized project files. This internship offers hands-on experience in sports and talent-focused content creation within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
• Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or similar).
• Attention to detail, solid visual storytelling ability, and creativity in editing sports and brand-related content.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior internship experience in video editing or media production is an advantage.
