About the Role
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Plumbing BIM Modellers with 2–4 years of relevant industry experience to join our growing BIM and Design Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and coordinating Plumbing BIM models for commercial projects across European or North American markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare plumbing layouts, schematics, and detailed construction drawings.
- Model domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, stormwater drainage, and other plumbing systems.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to develop coordinated BIM models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and LOD requirements.




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Plumbing BIM Modelling.
- Mandatory experience working on European or North American commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and relevant BIM tools.
- Good understanding of plumbing systems, design principles, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, modelling practices, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Solid English communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
