STEM Trainer – Drones, Coding & AI immediate joiners only StrategyM Tech Innovations is seeking a passionate and technically proficient STEM Trainer to deliver hands-on technology education to school students. The role involves teaching Drone Technology, Block-Based Coding, Python Programming and Artificial Intelligence through interactive classroom sessions and practical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive STEM training sessions for students from Grades 1–12.
- Teach block-based programming using Scratch/Blockly and Python.
- Train students in drone assembly, aerodynamics, flight operations and safety protocols.
- Introduce autonomous drone programming using block-based and Python-based tools.
- Teach foundational AI and Machine Learning concepts, including image and speech recognition.
- Introduce students to generative AI applications and prompt engineering.
- Guide students through practical technology projects and hands-on activities.



Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in B.
Tech, B.
E., BCA, B.
Sc. or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in Python and block-based programming.
- Understanding of drone components, flight controllers, motors and sensors.
- Familiarity with introductory AI tools and microcontrollers is an added advantage. Required Skills
