About Us
Premium Transfers is a London-based luxury chauffeur and private hire company, founded in 2018 and licensed by Transport for London. We serve corporate clients, luxury hotels, airports, weddings, events and film and TV productions, with a fleet ranging from executive saloons and Mercedes EQ vehicles to Rolls-Royce, and a network of over 500 registered chauffeurs. The group operates across London, Dubai and India, and we are now building our India operations hub in Mohali. We need an experienced HR professional to build and run the people function across all three locations, and to act as a trusted advisor to management. The Role This is not a role for someone who needs direction. We’re looking for an HR professional who has built HR from the ground up in a startup, and who also brings the discipline and best practice of a well-run corporate environment. Based in Mohali, you’ll lead HR for our India, Dubai and London offices. You’ll set up the HR framework in India from scratch, bring consistency to people practices across all three countries, and make sure each office stays compliant with local employment law. You’ll also advise leadership on people strategy, organisation design, compensation, risk and performance, and challenge us when needed. You will report to the company Directors and work closely with the VP Operations / Country Manager – India.
