Mumbai Reports To: Lead – IT Infrastructure and Networking Services Key Stakeholders : IT COE Team Members / IT Business Partners / IT Shared Services/ Business Units /Business Stakeholders(Internal Interaction), Solution Partners(External Interaction), Solution Implementation Partners(External Interaction). 1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists, and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company). This role will be responsible for managing the IT Server and Network for the Organization. • Ownership of IT Server, Storage and Network infrastructure
• Network Infrastructure (including engagements with Telecom Service providers)
• Server Infrastructure
• Collaboration / Communication / VC Infrastructure
• Operating Systems / Databases / VMWare / Citrix
• Manages IT L2 FMS
• IT Adaption & Effectiveness
• Drive Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of IT Infrastructure
• Ensure 24x7 Monitoring and Uptime of IT Infrastructure
• Continuous engagement/review with Infrastructure Hardware / Services partner/provider




• Ensure Effective business user support through optimal use of the Facility Management (FMS)/Helpdesk teams based on internal SLA and KPI
• Ensure Implementation / augmentation of requisite server and network infrastructure for projects / new or existing initiatives
• Setup and Testing of IT Server / Network / Storage systems and infrastructure.
• IT Innovation / Awareness
• Continuous evaluation of current Hardware/Services from Solution Partners
• Continuous Evaluation and Monitoring of the IT Security Landscape and Threats, Statutory/Compliance Requirements
• Executing Training Programs to improve IT awareness (IT Controls/Governance) among team members and YOHT employees. Schedule A & B Decision Making Authority (For each decision type define if the action involves below mentioned categories: Schedule A : Execution Schedule B: Follow SOP/policy for decision to be made. (Moderate to Complex decision making) Schedule C: Decide within approval limits) Complex/tactical/strategic decision making impacting the outcome.

• Understanding & Collating Business Requirements, Developing and Delivering IT Infrastructure/Networking/ FMS solutions & services.
• Keeping abreast of the progress / developments / functionality enhancement / technology architecture / licensing and solution deployment models in the IT Infrastructure/Networking/IT Security/FMS space




• Engagements for Project / Solution Delivery, Keep track of the capability / current track record of Solution Implementation Partners, Maintaining a connect with the Solution Implementation Partners Ecosystem Educational Qualification Skills & Knowledge
• Mandatory: Bachelor in Comp / Electronics /MBA-IT / MCA Preferred: Certification in ITIL Foundation / CCNP / MCSE / VCP / Azure and Citrix Virtual Apps
• Working knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage. Work Experience Competencies
• 10+ years of experience in similar assignments with a Manufacturing company. Experience of leading a Server and Network Infrastructure / FMS Team Functional/ Technical Competencies
• Must have experience across IT Server and Network Infrastructure, VMWare, Citrix and FMS domains
• Experience of designing, planning, and implementing system and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant
• Experience of setting up Enterprise Server and Network Infrastructure environment with the right sizing and capacity planning
• Experience in DC-DR solutioning/implementation from Infrastructure Point of View
• Strong exposure and knowledge of the Networking Technology
• Strong Working knowledge of Virtual Architecture
• Strong Working knowledge of Cloud Environments
• Strong working knowledge of the IT Security Landscape and solutions
• Sound Understanding of the evolving Technology domain
