Role Description The Installation Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewa, responsible for installing and servicing solar, renewable energy systems, and related prefabricated and tensile structures. Daily activities include performing site assessments, executing installation work according to technical specifications, conducting routine maintenance, and diagnosing issues in field-installed systems. The role involves responding to service calls, troubleshooting equipment problems, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality standards.



The technician will interact with customers on-site, provide clear updates on work progress, and support overall project execution in coordination with the technical and project teams. Qualifications
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client interactions professionally and ensure positive service experiences.
• Field Service and Troubleshooting skills to perform on-site installations, diagnostics, and repairs of solar and structural systems.
• Strong Communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers and colleagues and to document service activities accurately.
• Basic technical knowledge of solar or renewable energy systems, electrical or mechanical components, and use of common hand and power tools.
• Ability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions, follow safety procedures, and adhere to company quality standards.
• Relevant vocational training or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or related fields; prior experience in installation or field service is an advantage.
