Business Unit Description: This role sits within ATM Management Services, a team that provides ATM portfolio management services designed to make the management of ATMs easy and efficient and, by extension, provide consumers reliable access to cash within an arm's reach. The function delivers tools and services to ATM portfolio owners and operators, including retailers, financial institutions, and independent operators/ISOs. The combination of proprietary portfolio management tools and services supports the effective management of ATM portfolios. As part of Brink's operating model, ATM Managed Services delivers value through increased performance at significantly lower unit costs, helping portfolio owners and operators manage their ATM networks more efficiently while maintaining reliable access to cash. What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary): This position is responsible for cash load reconciliation, cash loss reporting, and branch support of vault cash locations. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office.

How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
• Ensure cash loads are reconciled within target time, responsible for the process to escalate and resolve
• Cash Vendor Management
• Track, analyze, and report on cash variances and branch issues
• Review and validate processor claims and ATM shortages
• Update logs, spreadsheets, call tickets and workflows in PAI Reports (PAIR) as required, keeping all statuses as current as possible
• File carrier claims process ensuring claims are organized and updated daily
• Assist with special projects
• Work cross-functionally to identify, track, and resolve ATM cash variances
• Report Stolen Cash
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:
• High School Diploma is required
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in the ATM industry is very helpful
