Role Description The Community Growth Volunteer is a remote role focused on helping grow, promote, and strengthen the Digital Balika community. Responsibilities include promoting Digital Balika across social media and other digital platforms, finding creative ways to increase brand awareness, reaching out to potential community members and partners, and building meaningful connections. The role also involves brainstorming current ideas and initiatives to strengthen community engagement, supporting the planning and organization of online events, and helping bring creative ideas to life. The ambassador will collaborate with the Digital Balika founder, speakers, and program leads to promote initiatives, explore new opportunities,



and contribute ideas on how to continue growing the brand and building a stronger global community. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and genuinely connects with the vision and mission of Digital Balika. Qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an interest in connecting with people and growing communities.
• Interest in marketing, social media, and promoting initiatives across digital platforms to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Creativity and the ability to come up with new ideas, campaigns, and initiatives to help Digital Balika grow.
• Organizational and coordination skills to support community activities, events, workshops, and other initiatives.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and suggest ideas on what we can do next to strengthen the community.
• Genuine passion for women's empowerment, education, and creating opportunities for women and young girls.
• Strong alignment with Digital Balika's vision and mission, and a genuine interest in being part of building something meaningful.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a growing team.
• Prior experience in marketing, social media, community management, outreach, communications, or event planning is beneficial but not essential.
• Most importantly, we are looking for someone who believes in the vision, brings positive energy, and is excited to contribute ideas and help Digital Balika grow.
