Role Description The Management Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad. The consultant will analyze client needs, assess existing business and operational processes, and recommend improvements aligned with immigration consulting services and business strategy. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and financial analyses, mapping processes, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance client experience. The role involves advising management on performance improvement initiatives, supporting implementation of current processes or tools,



and monitoring outcomes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. The consultant will also participate in stakeholder meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and help develop scalable frameworks for service delivery and growth. Qualifications
