Overview

This hybrid role is based in Mumbai and sits in our Reinsurance Servicing team. You'll help process premiums across PPC and PPW, including multi-currency work, and keep each account moving through its life cycle. You'll prepare LPANS, market submissions, and LORS splits. You'll also help resolve bureau queries, handle day-to-day questions, and make sure records, calculations, and internal reports are accurate and clear. If you like detailed work, clear priorities, and working with others, this role could be a positive fit. You'll spot issues early, share updates, and work with colleagues to resolve queries before they slow things down. Your care with documents and calculations will help the team keep accurate records and give timely support to stakeholders. You'll also look for ways to improve how the team works, and you'll be ready to step in across shifts or stay a little longer when the work needs it.



About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: You know your way around MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. You can handle detailed admin work and check figures carefully. You can explain updates and questions clearly in writing and in conversation. You stay organised when you're managing several tasks at once. You're comfortable working with colleagues to solve problems and answer queries. You're happy to work different shifts and extended hours when needed. About you Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3-6 years of experience in Reinsurance Operations, Treaty Accounting, Insurance Accounting, or related insurance processes.
