We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant to lead critical human capital management initiatives within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Time Management, Payroll, and Success Factors to drive organizational efficiency and compliance. The position demands a professional who can navigate complex configurations for PA/OM modules while providing robust hands-on support for ESS and MSS environments. Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end configuration and customization of SAP Time Management and Payroll modules to align with specific organizational policies.
- Manage the deployment and optimization of SAP Fiori and Success Factors solutions to enhance user experience and system accessibility.
- Perform detailed analysis and configuration of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.
- Provide direct hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) portals.
- Lead functional aspects of new system implementations while maintaining and resolving issues in existing production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure system stability.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting and support.
- Proven proficiency in SAP Time Management and Payroll configuration.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and Success Factors ecosystems.
- Solid technical background in SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
- Extensive practical knowledge of ESS/MSS configuration and ongoing support activities.
- Solid track record in managing full-cycle implementation projects and providing functional support.
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: ₹19-25 LPA
