Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
Inspect mechanical components, pumps, valves and assemblies.
Perform dimensional inspection as per engineering drawings.
Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing and functional testing.
Maintain quality reports and inspection records.
Handle rejection analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure quality standards during manufacturing and assembly.
Work on 5S, CAPA and 7 QC Tools.
Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of manufacturing quality processes.
Experience in shop floor quality inspection.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of ISO .
Preferred Industry: Pump Manufacturing, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Valves, Lubrication Equipment and Mechanical Components Manufacturing.
