About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers to join our team. The selected candidates will support the planning, execution and coordination of civil construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring smooth site operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning, scheduling and executing civil and interior projects.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors and on-site project teams.
* Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.




* Support material procurement, inventory coordination and site requirements.
* Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at project sites.
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Assist in resolving site-related issues and coordinating project activities.

Candidate Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in Civil Construction or Interior Fit-Out projects.
* Basic understanding of site execution and project coordination.
* Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work at project sites.
