The agency has been recognized with three National Awards and is recognized under Startup India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with government, development-sector, and commercial clients, while nurturing relationships with existing partners. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal creative and production teams to align client requirements with agency capabilities. The individual will track market trends,



maintain an active sales pipeline, and represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums to build visibility and networks. Regular reporting on targets, client feedback, and business growth initiatives will be required. Qualifications
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and account growth within creative, media, or communications services.
• Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Competence in market research, opportunity analysis, and proposal development for government, development-sector, and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to translate client needs into effective solutions.
• Prior experience in advertising, film production, events, or communication agencies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adhere to tight timelines.
