• Strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, shop drawing production, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, modeling protocols, and project workflows.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, model audits, and quality control.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, RFIs, technical documentation, and construction sequencing.
• Robust planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or deliverables while maintaining quality and productivity.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
