Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise residential/commercial projects, from mobilization through handover, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality and safety.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle including construction planning, structural/civil works, MEP coordination, contracts, billing, consultant management and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive multiple contractors and site teams, proactively resolving execution bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to EHS, quality standards and project milestones.
• Provide strong leadership across planning, engineering and execution teams, with ownership of overall project performance. Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: BE/B.
Tech – Civil Engineering, mandatory

Experience:
18–27 years
• Significant experience with EPC/construction companies handling high-rise projects
• Robust exposure to the Mumbai/MMR construction environment
• Proven ability to independently lead large, complex projects as Project Head / Construction Head / Senior Project Lead Preferred Background: Candidates currently working with established EPC organizations and experienced in delivering complex high-rise residential, mixed-use or redevelopment projects in Mumbai/MMR.
