Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive technical delivery, lead a team of developers, and oversee Salesforce development, integrations, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and production support teams.
• Drive development across Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and MCAE.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
• Lead CI/CD, deployment, and release management using Jira and GitHub.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and architects.
• Ensure technical quality, security, and governance standards. Requirements
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and MCAE; Net Zero Cloud is desirable.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jira, and GitHub.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
Working Hours
Adaptable shifts (2 PM–11 PM or 5 PM–2 AM IST). Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
