Chartered Accountant – Finance & Accounts (India Operations) Company: IMC (Intuit Consultancy)

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting in line with Indian GAAP (Ind AS exposure is a plus)
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, and finalise financial statements
• Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors and ensure timely audit closure
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis for management Direct Taxation
• Manage TDS/TCS compliance, returns, and certificates




• Handle advance tax computation, income tax return filing, and tax audit GST
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C)
• Manage input tax credit reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bill compliance Payroll & Labour Law Compliance
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, including TDS on salaries
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishments Act Team Leadership
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of a team of accountants
• Set up and improve internal controls, processes, and accounting policies Who We’re Looking For
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
• 7–8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Solid knowledge of Indian GAAP, Income Tax, GST, payroll, and labour laws
• Proven experience in finalisation of accounts and handling audits
• Experience leading and supervising a team
• Hands-on with Experience with any cloud based Accounting Software
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill •
