Role Description The Educational Consultant will provide personalized guidance to prospective students and families, helping them understand suitable distance learning and skill-based programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting in-person counseling sessions, career assessments, and information sessions, as well as supporting applicants through the entire admission process with colleges and universities. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.



The consultant will also contribute to outreach activities, participate in events, and support ongoing career development and placement initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Dwarka. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related skills, with the ability to guide learners through program choices and career paths.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and structured guidance for diverse learner profiles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with clear spoken and written abilities for counseling, presentations, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to learner satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in academic advising, admissions, or career counseling is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dwarka, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use basic computer and CRM tools effectively.
