Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities across lubricant manufacturers, blend plants, oil marketing companies, and specialty lubricant producers.
• Develop and implement product-specific sales strategies.
• Promote the company's full range of lubricant additives, packages, and value-added solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular visits, technical discussions, and business reviews with customers.
• Provide timely support on product selection, pricing, logistics, and supply planning.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing developments.
• Share market insights with internal teams to support strategic planning.




• Identify upcoming demand drivers and industry shifts.
• Technical & Commercial Coordination
• Work closely with the technical services team to address customer trials, approvals, and technical queries.
• Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and finance teams for seamless delivery and customer support.
• Assist in product qualification processes and manage documentation requirements.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, visit reports, and customer databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and safety standards.
• Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years in lubricant additives, specialty chemicals, or related industrial sectors
• Knowledge of the metal working industry.
