Role Description The Store Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all activities. The role includes supervising inventory levels, managing stock receipt and dispatch, monitoring product display and cleanliness, and maintaining accurate records of sales and stock movement. The Store Incharge coordinates with team members to deliver consistent customer service, addresses customer queries and concerns, and supports efforts to improve customer satisfaction. This position also involves implementing store policies, supporting retail loss prevention measures,



and reporting operational performance and issues to management on a regular basis. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
• Store Management capabilities, including day-to-day operations oversight and basic understanding of inventory control.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring stock discrepancies and supporting shrinkage control.
• Prior experience in retail, store operations, or consumer services is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Rajkot and manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in record-keeping and use of common office or point-of-sale systems.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; further education in business or retail management is an advantage.
