The role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can translate product and design requirements into reliable, production-ready web applications. You’ll work closely with our designers, project stakeholders and client teams to build features across the stack, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership from development through deployment. The role calls for someone who is comfortable working in a design-led, client-service environment where quality, timelines and clear communication matter. Responsibilities
• Build, test and ship end-to-end web application features using MongoDB, Express.js, React and Node.js.
• Translate Figma designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible and maintainable front-end experiences.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, including authentication, authorization, validation and error handling.
• Create reusable React components and manage application state using suitable patterns and libraries.
• Design MongoDB schemas; write efficient queries and aggregations; and consider indexing and performance.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, email/SMS providers, maps, cloud storage and OAuth.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, project managers, QA and other developers to clarify requirements and plan implementation.




• Estimate tasks, communicate progress and risks, and take responsibility for agreed deliverables.
• Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews; and document important technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, security and reliability.
• Support deployment and maintenance, including environment configuration, hosting, monitoring and CI/CD workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and, when required, international clients. Required Skills
• 2+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack MERN applications.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals and working knowledge of TypeScript.
• React.js: hooks, component architecture, routing, forms, state management and performance fundamentals.
• Node.js and Express.js: API development, middleware, authentication, file handling and error management.
• MongoDB with Mongoose: schema design, aggregation pipelines, query optimization and indexing.
• Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills, with experience using a framework such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI or Bootstrap.
• Ability to accurately translate responsive Figma designs into working interfaces.
• Git and GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests and resolving merge conflicts.
• Experience using Postman or similar tools and working with API documentation.
• Familiarity with deployment fundamentals, Linux environments and production configuration.




• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A responsible, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently in a remote team. Good to have
• Next.js, including server-side rendering and static generation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL in addition to MongoDB.
• NestJS, Fastify, Prisma or other modern backend frameworks and tools.
• Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or comparable platforms.
• Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Real-time application development using Socket.io or WebSockets.
• Unit and integration testing with Jest, React Testing Library or Supertest.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Stripe, Razorpay or Shopify.
• Performance optimization, accessibility and web security fundamentals.
