Role Description The Creative Associate – Graphic Designs / Video Production is a full-time remote role responsible for developing visually compelling content that supports VectorMind Labs’ brand and AI-focused initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this role creates graphic assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and product materials, and produces short-form and long-form video content for marketing, education, and internal communications. The Creative Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI and Agile concepts into clear, engaging visuals and motion graphics.



Responsibilities include designing graphics for web and social media, editing video footage, creating animations, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual deliverables. The role also involves contributing creative ideas, managing production timelines, and adapting designs based on feedback to support ongoing digital transformation projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills, including proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
• Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and Branding capabilities to develop original visual concepts and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present design ideas clearly.
• Experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and motion graphics, is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with designing for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and presentations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video work is required; experience in technology, AI, or B2B industries is a plus.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory with strong demonstrable experience.
