Job Description
Senior Netskope Security Engineer responsible for engineering, integrating, automating and operating Netskope capabilities across SASE, ZTNA, DLP and Cloud Security, with a strong focus on enterprise integrations and AI security controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure and manage Netskope SASE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP and Cloud Firewall capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Netskope security policies, traffic inspection and network isolation controls.
• Implement Shadow IT / Cloud Discovery and integrate discovered assets with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Build and maintain integrations between Netskope and CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, IAM/IdP and SOC platforms.
• Develop automation using Netskope APIs, REST APIs, webhooks and scripting.
• Implement policy as code, version control, peer review, CI/CD and rollback mechanisms for Netskope changes.
• Troubleshoot complex proxy, authentication, connectivity, SSL inspection, DLP and policy issues.
• Support security incident investigation and coordinate remediation with SOC/security teams.
• Implement AI security controls covering GenAI applications, AI agents, MCP integrations and sensitive data protection.




• Support monitoring and detection of anomalous AI agent activity and integration with security response processes.
• Contribute to technical documentation, automation, continuous improvement and engineering POCs. Mandatory Skills
• 7–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Network Security / Cloud Security.
• Strong hands on experience with Netskope.
• Expertise in SASE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP and Cloud Firewall.
• Strong experience in Netskope integrations and APIs.
• Experience integrating Netskope with CrowdStrike, ServiceNow and IAM/IdP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, proxy architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP and SSL inspection.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and Python/PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automation and policy as code.
• Practical understanding of AI/GenAI security, AI agents and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. Good to Have
• Netskope certification.
• Experience with Netskope Cloud Exchange.
• CrowdStrike / ServiceNow security integrations.
• Azure/AWS security experience.
• Experience with MCP and AI agent security.
• CISSP / CCSP or equivalent certification. Behavioural Competencies
